The Big 6!

Last Saturday's Big 6 was reduced to a Big 5 and found 2 winners, Luvaluva ($5.00) and Dainty Tess ($2.00) for a profitable day.

Here’s our Big 6 Horse Racing Tips for Saturday April 14:

Caulfield

R5 #2 HAN XIN
“Could not have been more impressive last time here, he showed great tactical speed to find the front, cruised into the straight and could have won by more than the official 4.75 lengths. He should find the front again and if he gets just one cheap sectional, they won’t be catching him.”

R3 #1 PALAZZO VECCHIO
“Has had no luck this campaign at all three runs, she has been held-up badly on all of those occasions. Her latest at the Valley, she over-raced and never got a crack at them until it was too late at the 100m mark. Any luck in running and she will be winning.”

Randwick

R1 #6 ARISTOCRATIC MISS
“Drew bad in Baillieu and restrained well back, she was clearly the best closer running 34.4/ 11.6 last 600/200m and she acts like 1600m will suit her. Draws in today and fancy sits up much closer.”
(Oz Racing Form)

R5 #1 VIRIDINE
“Excellent run first up running well in very quick time event then again last start in the G1. Fitter for those two efforts and Bowman goes on today. Looks hard to beat.”
(Our man in Sydney)

Morphettville

R5 #8 HUSSYBAY
“Hussybay raced through the grades stringing together four wins on end last prep & indicated he had again returned just as well when producing a terrific placing. Maps ideally settling handy on what just appears an even tempo whilst also getting in with no weight.”
(Our man in Adelaide)

Ascot

R2 #5 PINZU
“FALCON CREST looks the obvious on recent form, but is bound to come up short. If you’re looking for one to work around it, then PINZU might be the one. It has a 50% strike rate when 3rd up & the trainer made it clear 3 weeks ago that he was setting PINZU to peak for this race. Ignore last start when they were happy to sit 3 wide throughout. PINZU goes well at the trip & significantly, W Pike jumps back aboard for only the second time in the horse’s career. The 4.5kg drop from last start is the kicker & think PINZU will be ready to run a race today.”

“Terrific win last start this track and distance in quick time. Stays in similar weight range with claim. Can settle closer from inside draw.”
