Race 1 – ABERCORN HALL OF FAME HANDICAP (1200M)
Stunts (2) – Good last start on pace last start at Hawkesbury when nabbed late. Drop by in trip suits and should be able to cross and control speed again. Looks hard to beat. Currently $3.
Press Box (6) – Well tried and betting and ran on nicely to narrowly go down on debut. Should be improved from that effort and be able to secure a nice run behind the speed. Right in this.
Race 2 – POITREL HALL OF FAME (1400M)
Smartedge (3) – Solid effort after a freshen up behind the smart Cradle Mountain in very quick time running on well. Fitter for that effort and the step up in trip suits. Looks a good price. Currently $7.
Gaulois (2) – Good first up effort at Hawkesbury getting well back and working to the line well. Fitter for that performance and good record at this track and distance.
Seaway (1) – Good winner at Canterbury last start sitting just behind the speed and winning by 3 lengths. Only missed the money once in 6 starts. Goes close again today.
Hemmerle (8) – Impressive winner on debut at Goulburn then backed it up with another impressive win at Wagga. This is a big step uup however hard to knock a winner.
Race 3 – M JOHNSTON HALL OF FAME (1100M)
Epidemic (6) – Nice win here first up sitting well back and running home well to score. Fitter and won well when second up only other time. Races well here. Looks hard to beat.
Charlayne (9) – First up after a freshen was solid at G3 level. Has since trialled well and was undefeated until last start. Lightly raced and still on the up. Expecting a bold showing.
Equal Balance (3) – Won well first up at Wagga over there carnival getting well back and running home strongly. Was under a length away behind Epidemic only three starts back. Currently $10.
Easy Eddie (4) – Well tried and got the cash at Canterbury last start leading from barrier to box. Makes own luck on pace and only run here was a brave second. From strong yard. Can be in the finish.
Race 4 – TAB HIGHWAY HANDICAP (1200M)
Coup De Main (2) - Two starts two wins. Won well on debut at Orange winning by over three lengths on pace then last start won again on pace at Wagga. Hardest test however is still on the up.
Bocelli (3) - Nice win on home track last start sitting back and finishing off strongly to score making it 2 from 3 starts. Another who is lightly raced and right in this. Currently $3.5.
Our Rosemaree (10) – Ran last start at Hawkesbury was good behind the talented She Knows. Fit and consistent performer. If she gets the luck in running she can feature in the finish. Currently $10.
Star Rock (4) – First up and coming off a good recent trial. Only missed the placings once in 7 starts and was a winner of two from three before spelling. From good yard can feature.
Race 5 – E THOMSON HALL OF FAME (2000M)
Roman Son (2) – Made it two in a row after a strong effort winning at Hawkesbury last start as a short priced favourite. Fit, racing well and gets the services of Shinn today. Hard to beat again.
Etymology (1) – Sent to the bust two starts back and bolted in then last start was a solid second at Randwick. Racing well. Small query on the distance rise however has the class to take this out.
Solo Mission (8) – First start in Australia and won well despite the big drift in betting. Should only be better for that run and the step up in trip is a big plus. Can win this. Currently $5.
Araaja (4) – First start in Australia was good sitting just behind the speed and battling on well. Should be improved with the run and is a winner of this trip. Can feature here. Currently $15.
Race 6 – JOHN SIZE HALL OF FAME (1100M)
Albumin (10) – First up and a good trial winner leading into this. Form last preparation was good at Group/Listed level. Goes well at this trip and has a touch of class. One to beat.
Manolo Blahniq (3) – First up and recent trial was good. Victorian visitor who’s form last preparation was good for a race of this class. Goes well fresh and Shinn goes on today.
Oriental Runner (6) – Freshened up since winning last two starts being on pace and proving too strong. Building a very good overall record however faces toughest test today.
Ebenos (7) – First up and two recent trials have been good. Has good fresh figures and form last preparation was sound behind some smart runners. Can be in the finish with JMac riding today. Currently $10.
Race 7 – AUSTRALIA HALL OF FAME DAY (1500M)
Special Missile (3) – The last three runs have been good on pace and battling on well. Fit and has an excellent record at this trip. Should get a good run from the draw and unbeaten at this track and trip.
Passage Of Time (5) – Fitter for two runs back and last start was solid on pace behind the very smart Osborne Bulls. Good record at this track and I think the extra trip will suit. Currently $8.
Hunter Jack (13) – Good on pace effort after a freshen up at Hawkesbury. Previous form is sound and race well here. Drawn to be able to control the speed and can be in the finish. Currently $18.
Up ‘N’ Rolling (7) – All four runs this preparation have been good. Last start won strongly at Hawkesbury in good time. Fit and racing well. Short enough however can’t leave out of calculations.
Race 8 – CHRIS WALLER HALL OF FAME (1400M)
Medaille (1) - Didn’t do a lot first up when a drifter in betting. Fitter for that effort and has excellent second up record and drops in class today. Expecting a bounce back to form today.
Princess Posh (3) – Forget last start failure and go on previous start victory at Newcastle against a couple of smart ones. Should get a good run from the draw and be right in the finish.
I Am Serious (4) – Excusing first up run when supported in betting. Trail leading up to it was good and looked above average last preparation. Another looking to bounce back today.
Our Belisa (2) – First up and fitter for two recent trials. Form last preparation was very good over a slightly longer trip and was only a touch over three lengths behind the smart Pecans. Can feature.
Race 9 – COLIN HAYES HALL OF FAME (1200M)
Noire (2) - First up and fitter for two recent trials. Form last preparation was very good beating horses the calibre of Pecans. Lightly raced and looks above average. Hard to beat.
Bon Amis (12) – Solid second last start behind an impressive winner. Rarely runs a bad race. No worse than second in 4 attempts at this track. Can be in the finish here witht the right run. Currently $5.
Chauffeur (19) – First up and fitter for two recent trials. Form last preparation is excellent for a race of this class running behind some of the best 3yos in the country. Watch betting. Currently $8.5.
Dissolute (7) – Good winner here two starts back when well in the market then last start behind into the flying Anatola. Will get back from the draw and watch for him running home well late. Can figure.
