BEST Race 3 no 3 HEARTY LASS
Race 3 No 3 HEARTY LASS
Promising John Hyam trained filly making her much anticipated return to the racetrack after exploding onto the scene with a most impressive debut win. On that occasion displayed terrific speed when running her rivals into the ground when scoring by 3.5L as well as leaving subsequent dual Black-type winner Li’l Kontra in her wake! Been fitted for her first-up assignment coming into this off the back of two solid trials whilst maps to go straight to the front having drawn the fence. Although she meets a couple of handy types so muck is my opinion of this filly we must make her the days best bet at the opening $3.
ODDS $3.0 @ Bet365.
Race 6 No 2 MAGNA BELLA
Will Clarken trained mare expected to now be at peak fitness having had the three runs back since resuming. Comes into this having been the recipient of a shocking ride when the young kid simply got lost conceding rivals an impossible break. In fact suggest her 3L sixth was in fact still an eye-catching effort! Obviously the engagement of Todd Pannell is a massive positive whilst also hoping the inclusion of blinkers for the first time will enable her to settle a lot closer. Likely sharp improver and more than happy to jump aboard at the current $3.60.
ODDS $3.60 @ Ladbrokes, Neds, Pointsbet, BetStar, TAB.
Race 7 No 7 KABINI
Don’t mind admitting this is a wide open affair however again this underrated mare appears to have flown under the radar of early market assessors with the opening $10 presenting as glaring overs. Rarely too far away in these types of races this mare plummets in grade from Group Three company whilst gets in here terrific down on the minimum. Maps to do very little work whilst also refreshing to know does race well here around the Parks circuit. Having comparable formlines to those right in the market suggest she just needs even luck to again be right in the finish. Without going overboard just can’t let her pass at the double figure odds on offer.
ODDS $10.0 @ TAB.
Race 8 no 7 BOLT I AM
Relatively lightly raced David Jolly trained six year old gelding that has come back as well as ever placing in four of his five runs this campaign. Actually drops in grade here whilst also gets in slightly less at the weights with Kayla Crowther jumping back aboard….a horse that she has a good affinity with! The icing on the cake is the step up to 1400m…reckon that will be ideal!! Drawn to do no work and surely settles further forward-rates a terrific each way gamble at the current $13 on offer.
ODDS $13.0 @ Bet365.
