Morphettville (Sat)

Morphettville Racing Tips – Sat June 15

We will be at Morphettville this Saturday.

Best Race 4 no 3 Burning The Clock

Super honest Will Clarken trained three year old that has finished in the money in seven of his eight race appearances. It took a big run by Bold Star to gun this bloke down right on the line last start however simply can’t see how he won’t turn the tables here meeting that galloper 2kg better at the weights. Drawn to do absolutely no work sitting just off a solid tempo whilst most of his main rivals will be sitting off the pace. Rates $2.50 and best bet of the day hence suggest followers launch into the current $3.50! Bold Star ($4) the obvious danger whilst suggest Bayou ($19) rates as the clear best roughie.

ODDS $3.50 @ Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, BetEasy, Neds, TopBetta, Bet365, BetStarBetStar

Race 5 No 3 NUDGE BAR

On-pace Victorian visitor racing in fine style. Maps to sit handy on just a modest tempo whilst most of his main rivals will be out the back conceding this bloke plenty of start. Also last start solid runner-up effort on Heavy going gives us further confidence as it appears he will again strike another Heavy track. Reckon he can steal this hence why we recommend punters have a nice bet at the current $5.50 with $4 reading closer to the mark in our opinion. Again respecting the ultra-consistent Ice Ghost ($4.40) whilst one at odds that certainly isn’t hopeless is Coffee Armour ($51).

ODDS $5.50 @ Bet365.

Forgetting last start run against much tougher Group Three company (in which he endured a torrid run throughout!) this blokes overall recent form reads super honest. Admittedly not one to win out of turn either however simply find it impossible to pass him by considering here he is plummeting back to a Bench Mark 70 affair whilst has opened an incredibly generous $21! Remembering this bloke was beaten a pimple behind the talented Vinland (has since won against Listed company up in Brisbane!) simply goes to show what this gelding is capable of. Obviously far from a good thing however considering we have him rated $6 we simply must recommend having a good each-way crack at the big opening price. Also respecting/including both Canford ($8) and Going Gaga ($5.50) .

ODDS $21.0 @ Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, BetEasy, Neds, TopBetta, Bet365, BetStar.

Race 8 No 8 MASIPAG

Hasn’t enjoyed the best of fortunes when still far from disgraced in recent efforts. Although initially drawn awkwardly expect her to have little trouble getting in sitting just off pace whilst also suggest the drop back to 1200m is also a distinctive positive. Defeated Regalo Di Gaetano three starts back with those formlines since being franked big time with that gelding since going on to win three in a row. Wet track also no problems and although meets a most competitive line-up suggest rates a good each way bet at around $5.50. Obviously keen to get involved considering this mare has opened $15! Also suggest Master Chum ($15) and Skillful Steps ($23) both read as terrific value bets and must be included. Keen to oppose the early favourite Charossa ($4.60) in the likely Heavy conditions.

ODDS $15.0 @ Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, BetEasy, Neds, TopBetta, Bet365, BetStar.
